Front Office Manager – Oral Surgery
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Highlights:
Join our elite oral surgery practice as a Front Office Manager, a key leadership role ensuring exceptional patient care and efficient office operations. As a Front Office Manager, you will oversee front office activities, manage schedules, coordinate training, and maintain professionalism in all aspects of patient interaction. You will also ensure seamless collaboration with the clinical team to create a welcoming environment for patients and referring offices. Preference will go towards candidates with dental leadership experience.
Lead daily front office operations and ensure efficient patient flow.
Recruit, onboard, and coordinate training schedules for front office team members.
Create and manage front office team member schedules to optimize coverage.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, referring offices, and team members via phone, in person, or electronically.
Oversee office equipment, including routine cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels of office supplies.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Two years of administrative and clerical experience required.
Medical or dental experience required.
