Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a patient-focused and detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of dental conditions, working collaboratively with our team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and dentures
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans for various dental conditions
- Educate patients on oral health and hygiene practices
- Build rapport and maintain excellent relationships with patients
- Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications:
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- At least 1 year of experience in an office setting
- Valid Ohio dental license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with digital dentistry and modern dental technologies is a plus
