Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, PLLC is dedicated to delivering world-class care in skin cancer surgery and reconstruction, general dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, and surgical dermatology. We prioritize patient safety and strive to exceed expectations by providing care in a warm, friendly, and professional environment. Our practice includes four dermatology clinics, two fully accredited ambulatory surgery centers, and three medical spas. Additionally, we maintain in-house billing and scheduling teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Practice Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our multi-location dermatology practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care in alignment with our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations across all locations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations.
- Provide strategic leadership and operational support to clinical and administrative teams.
- Manage revenue cycle operations, including billing, coding, and collections.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations.
- Supervise human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Oversee credentialing and privileging processes for providers.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize patient experience and staff performance.
- Collaborate with physicians and leadership to drive practice growth.
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and expense control.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical office management (Required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in revenue cycle management (Required).
- Experience with credentialing processes (Required).
- Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance regulations (Required).
- Experience in human resources management (Required).
- Experience in medical billing and coding (Preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and practice management software.
- Experience with financial reporting and data analysis tools.
- Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) or similar healthcare administration certification (Preferred).
- Certification in healthcare compliance (e.g., CHC, CPC) (Preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in business development, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
