Supported Employment Specialist / Job Coaching:
Job Description:
To provide direct operational oversight of vocational programs including 1:1 Supported employment and provide individualized Supported Employment Services. To function as a job developer, job coach, and activity planner for individuals with developmental disabilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
- At least 2 years of Experience within the DVRS Department
- Valid unrestricted driver's license with good driving record
- The ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English and direct/respond to client's needs
- Spanish is a plus
- Basic Computer Literacy
- At least 18 years of age or older
REQUIRED SKILL LEVEL:

- The ability to lead and teach others
- The ability to be organized, schedule appointments
- The ability to remain calm in crisis situations
- The ability to interact with a wide range of people with respect
