The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team, and be 100% reliable and accountable. Responsibilities include managing project costs, subcontractor relationships, in-house trade staff, quality control, work site safety, production schedules, operational sales, and customer relations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of related experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong supervisory and leadership skills are essential. IICRC certifications in Water, Fire, and Mold restoration are preferred.
