As a Field Technician with ADRI, you will work in often harsh conditions to help people and properties recover from disaster-related damage. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, have a positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team, and be 100% reliable and accountable.
The role involves installing containment and safety mechanisms, monitoring drying equipment, providing emergency cleaning and sanitizing services, conducting controlled demolition services, maintaining fleet vehicles and company equipment, packing and moving client contents, and conducting job sales activities as directed by the Lead Tech.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Clean background check
- Fluent English
- Ability to work some weekends and night hours as needed
- Experience in disaster restoration preferred
- IICRC certifications a plus
