The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of related experience. A background in project management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong supervisory and leadership skills are essential. IICRC certifications in Water, Fire, and Mold restoration are highly desirable.
