Responsibilities
- Manage residential and/or commercial restoration projects
- Ensure quality control and work site safety
- Manage production schedules and timelines
- Operational sales and development of company brand
- Collects project funds
- Manages material and resource providers/vendors
- Manages customer and tenant relations
- Supports ongoing training and development of team members
