We help property owners recover by restoring furniture, electronics, clothing, and other valuable belongings. Our team provides expert cleaning, deodorization, and pack-out services to ensure a smooth recovery process.
Summary/Objective
We’re seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to fuel business growth within our Contents and Cleaning Restoration division. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to drive new business by generating leads, cultivating lasting relationships, and educating potential clients about our specialized restoration services. The ideal candidate is a sales-driven professional with exceptional communication skills and a background in the restoration, insurance, or cleaning industries. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Develop your pipeline of new business through prospecting with insurance adjusters, claims managers and restoration companies.
• Identify targets: existing relationships and new targets for the company and prospect in the field during the golden hours between 10am and 4pm Mon-Friday
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and past clients to encourage repeat business.
• Consultative Sales: Educate potential clients on contents restoration, pack-out services, electronics cleaning, and other specialized solutions.
• On-Site Assessments: Conduct property visits to evaluate damaged contents, explain restoration options, and provide estimates in collaboration with the operations team.
• Networking & Marketing: Represent the company at industry events, and trade shows to increase brand awareness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, technicians, and insurance professionals to ensure a seamless restoration process.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Job Requirements
• Experience: 1-3 years in outside sales, preferably in restoration, cleaning, insurance, or related industries.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to build trust and close deals.
• Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and exceed sales targets.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions for content restoration and cleaning.
• Networking Skills: Comfortable engaging with insurance adjusters, contractors, and property owners.
• Technology Proficiency: Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and restoration estimating tools (e.g., Xactimate) is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License: Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.
• Must be willing to take a background check.
• Must follow procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Preferred Qualifications
• Background in contents restoration, textile cleaning, or fire/water damage restoration.
• Established network of insurance adjusters, contractors or restoration professionals.
• Familiarity with pack-out processes, ultrasonic cleaning, and deodorization techniques.
