Responsibilities
We are looking for an Applications Manager – Planning & Procurement Applications to join our team! In this role, you will continuously improve the systems used by Planning & Procurement. If you are passionate about developing people, while delivering innovative capabilities that enhance our Supply Chain, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of System and Business Analysts by actively supporting their professional and technical growth.
- Deliver high-quality results, achieving defined project objectives and outcomes.
- Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with other IT functions, ensuring seamless delivery across applications and functions.
- Research and identify enabling solutions, best practices and technologies that proactively address customer requirements
- Manage support issues by clearly articulating the root cause, the resolution, timing, and plan to prevent issues from reoccurring
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring SLAs are achieved.
- Thoughtfully plan and sequence the portfolio of projects and enhancements, considering business value and risk.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM (Supply Chain Management), and Oracle EBS.
- In depth understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, GOP (Global Order Promising), and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) processes.
- 5 years of experience leading application IT teams.
- Oracle EBS Procurement experience
- Familiarity with PAAS solutions to extend Oracle capabilities
- Experience migrating EBS modules to Oracle Fusion
- MBA
- ITL Certification
- Supply Chain or Oracle certifications
Skills & Competencies
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders of all levels.
- Ability to identify opportunities across Supply Chain systems and processes.
- Oversee and lead software development and support, using waterfall or agile methodologies.
