The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the manufacturing facility. Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe work environment and maintain a safe working record
- Oversee manufacturing operations and meet or exceed quality, productivity, and maintenance expectations
- Manage customer relations and ensure excellent customer service
- Prepare annual operating budgets and meet or exceed budget requirements
- Ensure proper management of raw materials, finished goods, and equipment inventories
Requirements:
- 4-year business or technical degree preferred
- 3-5 years progressive responsibility within the ADS organization or similar experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
