Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on service offerings and client needs.
- Manage territory sales activities effectively to achieve sales targets.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance service offerings for clients.
- Engage in inside sales activities, including cold calling and follow-ups.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Have a Book of business
- Salary plus a commission as well
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Experience in territory management and B2B sales is essential.
- Familiarity with upselling techniques and inside sales processes is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
