An AV-rated civil litigation firm is seeking an Appellate Associate Attorney to join its Tampa office. This position is part of the firm’s Appellate Practice Group , which handles state and federal appellate proceedings and provides litigation and trial support.

Requirements :

• 2 years of appellate experience in a law firm or as a judicial law clerk
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong time management and communication abilities
• Ability to handle multiple projects across a variety of cases, some on an emergency basis
• Detail-oriented and thrives in a team-oriented environment
• Verifiable relevant work experience
