What You’ll Do
- Lead & Manage Transactions – Handle a high volume of real estate transactions, ensuring smooth closings and compliance.
- Supervise & Mentor – Guide and oversee a team of real estate paralegals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in title clearance, survey reviews, and document recording.
- Draft & Negotiate – Prepare, review, and negotiate conveyance documents, including deeds, notes, and mortgages.
- Client-Facing Role – Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing strategic legal counsel on real estate matters.
- Business Development – Build relationships, attend networking events, and contribute thought leadership through articles and speaking engagements.
What We’re Looking For
✔ J.D. from an accredited law school
✔ Active Florida Bar license, in good standing
✔ 5 years of real estate law experience (transactional & supervisory experience preferred)
✔ Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions & mentor a team
✔ Strong negotiation, advocacy, and leadership skills
