An AV-rated, civil litigation firm with a strong reputation is seeking a Construction Defect Defense Attorney to join its Tampa office.
The firm is looking for a candidate with 2 years of construction defect defense litigation experience or 2 years of commercial litigation experience.
The role will involve preparing pleadings and discovery for defending construction defect cases and / or commercial litigation, handling hearings, and taking / defending depositions.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling hearings and depositions independently, without extensive supervision.
Requirements :
- 2 years of construction defect defense litigation or commercial litigation experience
- Experience in preparing pleadings, discovery, and motions
- Proven ability to handle hearings and depositions autonomously
- Excellent academic credentials
