Position Overview :
We are looking for an Insurance Coverage Litigator with 2-5 years of litigation experience . The ideal candidate will have experience in first and / or third-party insurance coverage litigation, with exposure to insurance defense matters as a plus. Your key responsibilities will include :
- Examining insurance claims and preparing coverage opinion letters.
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
- Responding to discovery requests and overseeing document production.
- Preparing for and conducting depositions.
- Providing detailed updates and reports to institutional clients.
