Litigation Attorney

A premier business law firm with eighteen offices across twelve states and Washington D.C. is seeking a litigator with 1 to 5 years of experience to join its Jacksonville office ( remote / hyrbid schedule available). The firm is known for offering comprehensive legal services across more than 40 practice areas supported by a highly integrated national platform.

This role provides an opportunity to work within the firm s multidisciplinary team focusing on representing clients in commercial litigation matters across state federal and appellate courts. Attorneys with experience in financial services litigation commercial litigation or insurance defense will find this role particularly aligned with their background. This position is ideal for a junior lawyer eager to refine their litigation skills while contributing to a culture of collaboration excellence and client service.

Requirements / Qualifications :

Experience :

• 1 to 5 years of litigation experience with a preference for candidates experienced in financial services litigation commercial litigation or insurance defense.
• Proficiency in drafting complaints answers motions and other pleadings.
• Familiarity with developing strategies for written and deposition discovery.
• Federal court experience is a plus.
