Real Estate Attorney – San Diego, CA or Los Angeles, CA – Join a Growing Team!
Our client is seeking a talented Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join their Real Estate business unit in San Diego ! This is a full-time position offering flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week .
What You’ll Be Doing :
You’ll manage a wide range of real estate litigation matters, including commercial and residential disputes . Key responsibilities will include motion practice , depositions , and handling file management . You’ll also work on landlord / tenant litigation and provide fair housing defense and legal advice to clients. Your role will involve developing litigation strategies , collaborating with a team of experts, and providing clients with practical, effective legal solutions.
What We’re Looking For :
- 2 years of experience in real estate litigation
- Strong experience in motion practice, file responsibility, and depositions
- Background in landlord / tenant disputes and fair housing defense (preferred)
- Excellent advocacy , writing , and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented , strong work ethic, and multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- Must be licensed to practice law in California
