AmLaw 200 law firm with 26 offices across the United States, Ireland, and Mexico is seeking an associate attorney with 2 years of experience to work a hybrid schedule for its Real Estate business unit in the San Francisco office. Requirements
- Clean, active CA bar license
- 2 years of experience with real estate
- Experience with diverse, commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, loans, development, management, and leasing.
- Experience representing real estate development clients as well as experience with general corporate and transactional matters (preferred)
- Detail oriented with solid work ethic
- Strong organization, interpersonal & communication skills
