Looking for a skilled, Motivated, and Well Rounded Individual to join our team. Advanced Railway Innovations has an electrical division and is looking for a journeyman electrician with 5 or more years’ experience, and ability to manage work/workers. RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ability to complete electrical installation & wiring projects to code
· Ability to provide quality control and over sight to ensure successful installation
· Training Apprentices
· Residential / Commercial Service Work
· Residential / Commercial Service Work
· Completing Foreman / Crew Lead Activities
·Understanding of NEC Code Book and Compliance
· Troubleshooting Skills Required

REQUIREMENTS
· Must be a certified General Electrician in the state of California or willing and able to get your license.
· Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, work on rooftops and able to work on your feet for long periods of time
· Excellent verbal communication skills required
· Thrive in a team environment or be able to work alone

Compensation package:
- Bonus pay opportunities
- Pay Rate $55-$72 per hour Starting out
- Hiring Bonus $1000 after first 90 days
- Prevailing Wages when applicable (75% of current workload)
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime as needed
Travel requirement:
- No long distance travel
Ability to commute/relocate:
