Part -Time Dental Assistant
Location : New Haven , CT and Branford , CT.
Office Type: Busy Endodontic office. We are seeking a reliable, efficient, and detail -oriented dental assistant to join our friendly and professional team. If you have a strong focus on patient care and enjoying working in a fast paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Position details:
Schedule 3-4 days per week (specific days to be discussed)
Responsibilities
- Assist the Endodontist during procedures to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work space.
- Sterilize and prepare instruments.
- Take x-rays as needed ( certification required)
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide comfort and care.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and charting when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous dental assistant experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- X-ray certification required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent patient care.
