Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $120,000 to $160,000 per year.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Salesforce Management:
- Act as the primary administrator for Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, proper configuration, and user adoption.
- Develop and implement best practices for Salesforce usage across the sales team.
- Provide ongoing training and support for Salesforce users.
- Customize Salesforce to meet the needs of the business, including creating reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation.
- Streamline and optimize sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define and implement sales strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Lead sales forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning efforts.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve productivity and revenue growth.
- Design and implement sales enablement programs, including onboarding, ongoing training, and skills development.
- Ensure that the sales team has access to the tools, resources, and content they need to succeed.
- Work with marketing to align messaging and ensure consistency in sales collateral.
- Manage and maintain the sales database, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver regular reporting and analytics to key stakeholders, providing insights that drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with the IT and data teams to enhance database capabilities and integration with other systems.
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on go-to-market strategies and customer engagement.
- Work closely with finance and leadership on sales compensation plans and goal setting.
- Act as the liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Location: Denver, CO, some domestic and international travel may be required
- Environment: Standard office environment
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, including the ability to configure, customize, and integrate the platform.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and influence teams at all levels.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data management and reporting tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- 5 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a similar role.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce administration and process improvement.
- Proven experience in database management, analytics, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing sales enablement programs.
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
