For over 20 years, Advanced Ear, Nose, Throat and Allergy has provided top-notch otolaryngological care to the Atlanta community. In an effort to meet the needs of our patients, we are seeking a compassionate individual to assist with incoming patient phone calls throughout the day, helping to deliver a high level of service to the people entrusting us with their care. This person will be expected to answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously. Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-Line phone
- Patient registration
- Schedule appointments
- Respond to general inquiries
- Escalate patient issues appropriately
- Represent the business in a positive and professional manner
- Protect patient confidentiality
- Cover front desk as needed
- Other duties as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service Skills
- Attention to detail
- High level of accuracy
- Microsoft Office
- Reliable Transportation
- EMR experience a plus
- Previous medical experience a plus
