Job Description
Advanced Eye Care Center is looking for a call center representative to join our team. The right candidate will have experience in a call center environment and be able to provide excellent customer service. The person should be able to handle challenging customer situations and should have the ability to provide accurate information. The target is to deliver excellent service that will enhance our customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Answering inbound calls and responding to emails
- Identifying customers’ needs, and recommending the best solution
- Providing accurate information in a timely manner
- Handling customer complaints, giving them accurate information, and following through to resolve them
- Keeping the lines clear during high volume calls
- Keeping an organized and clear communication schedule for the team
- Maintaining a positive attitude and team work mentality
- Working with other departments to ensure that customers are being contacted in a timely manner
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Education & Experience
- Previous Call Center experience preferred but not required.
- Bilingual Spanish Speaking Preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
