Advanced Eyecare is a well-established private practice in Ellington, CT seeking a part-time or full-time optometrist to join our team! Our mission is to provide comprehensive routine and medical eyecare to our community while maintaining our family-practice ethos.

We welcome upcoming graduates to apply. Salary is negotiable DOE; range listed for full time employment.

Practice Picture

· Experienced staff; 2 ODs (1 FT, 1 PT), 2 optometric technicians, and 4 other team members

· Comprehensive exams booked every 30 minutes to provide ample time with your patients

· Patients aged 5 and up

· Routine, medical, urgent, and emergent services

· Full-service optical with in-house edging

Technology & Services

· Eyefinity EHR

· Eyefinity Practice Management

· Optomap (Daytona)

· OCT (OptoVue with angiography)

· Visual Field (Zeiss HFA-III and OllEyes Virtual Perimetry)

· Diopsys ERG and VEP

· Topography

· M&S Technology Smart Monitors

· Amniotic Membrane

· LASIK pre- and post-operative care

· Cataract co-management

Our Ideal Candidate

· Interested/Experienced with Myopia Control (Atropine, Orthokeratology/CRT, MiSight)

Requirements

· Licensed in Connecticut to provide Advanced Optometric Care

· National Provider Identification number (NPI) preferred
