Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.

Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) with Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification.
- Board certification or eligibility as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
- Valid state medical license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for community health.
- Experience in direct primary care or a desire to practice in this model.
