You create most of the fiberglass materials you see in day-to-day life from crossarms for high line poles, broom handles, door frames, door sills and a multitude of other products. 4th Shift Schedule: Friday-Sunday 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Work 36 hours and get paid 40!
Duties
- Assembling resin formulations needed for each product we manufacture.
- Hand measuring peroxides, pigments, and additives needed for each formulation.
- Determining the amount of resin needed to complete each production run.
- Weighing and logging resin remaining after each production run.
- Maintaining a clean and efficient working environment.
- Follow rules and policies as stated in the Employee Handbook.
Experience
- Above average mathematical skills
- Ability to follow resin recipes.
- Ability to read and understand production orders.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent use of mechanical carts to move of resin barrels.
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and latex gloves.
- Must be able to comply with the rules and policies as stated in the Employee Handbook
