You create most of the fiberglass materials you see in day-to-day life from crossarms for high line poles, broom handles, door frames, door sills and a multitude of other products. 4th Shift: 7a-7p Sat/Sun and 1 Day during the week (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) 7a-7p.
Job Duties:
· Provide support for troubleshooting issues on the pultrusion line
· Assist in startup procedure until product is deemed good
· Once all material is moving during start up, be available for any troubles that may occur
· Verify with quality tech the first article is acceptable product
· Verify paperwork is filled out properly correct and teach errors made to the operators
· Educate operators on proper troubleshooting techniques
· Providing feedback to management for process improvements
· Communicate effectively with shift supervisor
· Provide supervisor duties when supervisor is absent
· Assist with updating paperwork with engineers
Requirements:
· Attention to detail with all policies and procedures
· Prior Set Up Technician experience
· Previous supervisory/lead experience
· VERY detail orientated
· Pass level 5 in machine operator training packet
· Able to lead and direct
· Good communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
