You create most of the fiberglass materials you see in day-to-day life from crossarms for high line poles, broom handles, door frames, door sills and a multitude of other products. 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Great attendance
- Possess great attention to detail
- Work well with coworkers and truck drivers
- Work well on their own
- Possess good time management skills
- Load freight according to DOT standards
- Complete 5-S audit daily
- Possess the ability to operate a sit-down forklift for multiple hours a day
- Be willing to work outside in the elements, summer and winter
- Load and unload trucks per paperwork
- Put raw material into storage
- Pull completed product from storage per paperwork
- Stage completed product per paperwork
- Be able to bend and lift 50 lbs.
- Able to work overtime as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic math skills for inventory management.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers safely.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members.
