At Advanced Focus Eyecare, we offer full scope medical and routine optometry in a beautiful private practice setting. We staff three optometrist who bring various strengths and specialties to our practice. We carry around 1000 designer frames and have modern technology & equipment. We edge all of our glasses in house. We believe in exceptional customer service and strive to go beyond patient expectations.
We are looking for an office administrative assistant who will help with daily operations as well as assist in patient glasses and contact lens dispenses. Experience with customer service, organizational skills, as well as a high attention to detail is desired. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has a positive/outgoing/patient-friendly personality, and is enthusiastic about the service he/she provides. Daily tasks will largely be office based preparing insurances, day reports, and charts so we are ready to see patients the following day. Appointment scheduling as well as patient recalls will require phone communication skills. Tasks will also include checking in contact lens and glasses orders and calling patients for pickup. In addition, contact lens trial inventory management as well as dispensing both contacts and glasses (which includes making adjustments to glasses) is needed. Future training in all of these areas will be offered.
This is a full-time position totaling approximately 35-40 hours per week. No Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. No late evenings. Pay to be discussed and varies with experience level. Please send your updated resume and contact information if interested in this position.
