This position is responsible for handling inbound calls, replying to emails, scheduling appointments for our sales team, and providing an exceptional service experience to our customers. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, both verbally and via email, with a strong foundation in sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage inbound calls and customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
- Respond to customer emails, ensuring clear, concise, and effective communication.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team, optimizing their time and ensuring customer needs are met.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our services, products, and ongoing promotions to accurately inform and advise customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and continuously improve service strategies.
- Accurately document all interactions in our Database system for quality assurance and future reference.
- Any other tasks deemed necessary from management
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial, especially in email correspondence, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Customer Service Excellence: A demonstrated passion for customer service, with the ability to empathize, engage, and build rapport with customers.
- Sales Ability: Proven sales skills with the knack for identifying sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Organizational Prowess: Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing various tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: The capacity to adapt to changes and challenges while providing practical solutions to customer issues.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly adapt to new software and technologies.
- Experience Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of administrative and customer service experience. Experience in plumbing dispatch, construction scheduling, or a related field is a significant advantage.
- Education: Some college experience preferred but not required.
- This is an in-office position; candidates must be prepared to work from our location.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction, home improvement, or related industry is highly desirable.
