Successful, high profile cosmetic surgery office seeks a charismatic, professional, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our newest location in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. Advanced Hair Restoration – the nation’s most experienced hair restoration team. The front office staff are the face of the practice and are responsible for the following:
- Greeting visitors, vendors, and patients
- Checking patients in and out of procedures and appointments
- Scheduling patient procedures and appointments
- Faxing, printing, copying, scanning, data entry
- Answering incoming calls, text messages, and emails in professional manner
- Maintaining patient confidentiality
- Collecting and recording payments
- Ordering and stocking office inventory
- Light cleaning and pick-up of office as needed

Patient Care Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must live within driving distance of office and able to arrive on-time daily
- High-School Diploma/GED required, some college preferred
- 5 years customer service or 2 years cosmetic surgery office experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
