Overview
The Community Relations Coordinator plays a vital role in fostering relationships between the organization and the community. This position is responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies that enhance the organization's visibility and engagement within the community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building partnerships, promoting initiatives, and representing the organization positively in various public settings. This is a part-time position, working in the office, outside the office interacting with local businesses, individuals, and groups, and from home.
Duties
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to promote organizational programs and initiatives.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for community partners and volunteers.
- Organize and coordinate community events, workshops, and outreach activities to enhance public awareness.
- Conduct presentations and public speaking engagements to communicate the organization's mission effectively.
- Manage volunteer programs, including recruitment, training, and recognition efforts.
- Collect and analyze data related to community engagement efforts to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that highlight community initiatives.
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, doctor offices, and organizations to foster partnerships that support community development.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month
