A Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and managing staff. Requirements:Job Qualifications:
- Must have appropriate credentials (degree and/or NHA, depending on state-specific requirements).
- Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of administration experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness and ability to relocate if necessary.
