Advanced Health Care is searching for a talented Administrator to support and manage our facility in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

The Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Administrator directs the day-to-day operations of an AHC facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Through strong leadership, organization, and management skills, the SNF Administrator provides strategic direction in key business areas including financial operations, human resources, business development, facility management, and patient satisfaction. The SNF Administrator ensures that 5-star service standards are met, that each patient receives high quality care, and that financial goals of the organization are achieved.

A Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and managing staff. Key duties include overseeing patient care, budgeting, staffing, training, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment. The administrator is also responsible for coordinating with healthcare providers, ensuring quality standards are met, and fostering a positive relationship with residents, families, and regulatory agencies. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Requirements:

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have appropriate credentials (degree and/or NHA, depending on state-specific requirements).
  • Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of administration experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness and ability to relocate if necessary.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to walk, sit, stand, bend, reach, lift, and move about
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • To perform other duties as required.
