Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including critical care and internal medicine. This role requires a strong understanding of medical protocols, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering IV vitamins, assisting with PIR Therapy, assisting with IG Therapy and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer IV Vitamins, assist with IVIG and PIR Therapy, and monitor patient responses to treatments.
- Perform airway management and phlebotomy as required.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide care in critical situations, including those requiring knowledge of ICD-10 coding
- Assist with diagnostic procedures such as mammography and dialysis as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures within the healthcare facility.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in critical care or internal medicine preferred.
- Proficiency in airway management techniques.
- Familiarity with ICD-9 coding for accurate medical recordkeeping.
- Ability to perform phlebotomy and START IV's with confidence and precision
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if necessary.
