What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Coordinator position at Advanced Hearing Center?
We are an audiology practice that prides ourselves on our patient care and attention.We are located in Manhattan. We have been in business and served the local area for over a decade. We have a team of over ten staff members looking for a goal oriented person who is qualified as a Medical Receptionist to handle tasks such as the following:
- answering phones
- scheduling patients
- perform basic office duties
- use Microsoft Suite
- execute basic online functions
- greet patients in a kind, polite manner
- must be able to work office hours: 8:30-5:30 Monday-Friday.
- communicate among 7 different offices to optimize office functionality
- determined to meet monthly goals.
Other qualities:
- knowledge of insurance would be a great
- must be able to multi-task
- internet/tech savvy would be beneficial.
Minimum of 3 years experience with Customer Service, Receptionist, or Patient Care are preferred.
Use of counsel ear is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
