Job Responsibilities :
- Evaluate, provides, and ensure patient’s plan of care.
- Oversees Physical Therapy Assistants providing guidance, discussing progress and monitoring clinical interventions / skills.
- Provides skilled services and interventions using various techniques that are needed to achieve patient’s goals.
- Follows all regulations and guidelines of facility including compliance with confidentiality and HIPPA.
- Adheres to discussed scheduled hours and conducts self in a professional manner at all times.
- Provides skilled documentation of patient’s condition, and provide caregiver / patient education, progress and need for services.
- Ensures safe treatment practices and monitors patient’s engagement and responses to treatment, modifies as necessary.
