As the Home Health Clinical Director, you'll oversee the clinical operations of our home health program, ensuring compliance, quality outcomes, and exceptional patient care. You'll support and inspire our clinicians while driving growth and maintaining high standards for regulatory compliance and clinical best practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage clinical operations of the home health agency
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to coordinate patient care services
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical staff
- Provide guidance and support to clinical staff, including training and professional development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice, including QAPI
- Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for the home health agency
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Qualifications:
- RN required (BSN preferred)
- Three years of home health leadership experience
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines and home health regulations
- Proven ability to manage teams and build a positive culture
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and clinical excellence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
