Summary
The Hospice Regional Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the overall direction of hospice clinical services in certain designated hospice agencies. This role will support our East Coast region, which includes (Kansas, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, with plans to grow into other markets.) The Hospice Regional Director of Clinical Services establishes, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to Advanced Home Health and Hospice’s overall mission and operational philosophy.

- Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with the Company's goals.
- Assists in the development of organization goals.
- Proven ability to start up and license a new hospice agency.
- Oversees patient clinical services provided by multiple hospice agencies.
- Provides leadership and guidance and to Clinical Directors and assists them in continually improving all aspects of hospice care services.
- Assists agency Clinical Directors in managing clinical teams and planning.
- Provides help to agencies in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients, families, and caregivers.
- Assures quality and safe delivery of hospice services provided throughout the organization.
- Interprets operational indicators to detect census change, increases or decreases in volume that could impact staffing levels, revenues or expenses.
- Leads regular agency clinical key performance indicator meetings with agency Clinical Directors.
- Evaluates individual performance of agency Clinical Directors.
- Assists agency Clinical Directors to develop skills and techniques to evaluate the performance of clinicians.
Job Qualifications:
- Willingness and ability to relocate.
- Willingness and ability to travel within a multi-state region 12-15 days a month.
- Current license to practice as a Registered nurse in current State of residence and ability to obtain licensure in all states in which Advanced Home Health and Hospice operates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a program accredited by the National League for Nursing preferred but not required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of Hospice Clinical Director management experience.
- Previous Hospice Regional Director of Clinical Services experience preferred.
