We have an exciting opportunity for a local Home Health Leader! Join us and establish a new branch office as we grow in and around the Greater Houston area. Help build a team and influence the highest quality home health delivery to your community. Requires at least 3 years of Home Health case management experience, and at least 2 years of Home Health Clinical Leadership or Home Health DON experience.
The Branch Clinical Manager must be a Registered Nurse (RN) and is responsible for leading a team of clinicians in the overall management of this very important location and all of its' patients. Will collaborate with other clinical and administrative leaders to ensure that patient needs are being met and that agency adheres to all state and federal regulations and provides best patient outcomes and personalized patient care. Requirements:
Valid Texas RN license
3 years or more of RN clinical experience
3 years or more of Home Health experience
Strong working knowledge of OASIS documentation
Home Health Clinical Leadership experience is required
