Boiler Install Apprentice

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Advanced Hydronics, Inc., a leader in energy-efficient system design and installation, is looking for an Apprentice Plumber/Installation Technician to join our skilled team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an apprentice, you’ll assist with:

• Installing hydronic systems for residential and light commercial projects.
• Conducting tests and inspections to ensure systems meet design and operational standards.
• Operating tools safely and completing work with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintaining organized and clean job sites, work areas, and work trucks.
• Supporting the team with parts orders, punch list items, and documentation of completed projects.
• Communicating effectively with team members and clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years of experience in the plumbing trade or related fields (preferred).
• A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• Basic understanding of technical drawings and schematics.
• Problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A professional, presentable demeanor and excellent communication skills.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and own basic hand tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
