Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and domain-experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in prescription drugs and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and defining business requirements and converting them into detailed specifications. You will play a key role in requirement discovery, business process analysis, and aligning CRM capabilities with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, focusing on the pharmaceutical/prescription drug domain.
Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement using CRM capabilities.
Conduct requirement discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops with internal teams and client/partner.
Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable specifications for technical teams.
Work closely with developers, QA, and CRM administrators to ensure requirements are accurately implemented in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in CRM configuration and testing to ensure requirements have been met.
Maintain documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
Support user training and change management initiatives related to CRM enhancements.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in prescription drug management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
3 years of experience in the prescription drug/pharmaceutical domain.
3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly in business process customization and user interaction.
Proven expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and business process mapping.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards within the prescription drug sector (e.g., HIPAA, FDA, etc.).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
Experience with CRM reporting and dashboards related to pharmaceutical sales and compliance.
Knowledge of integration with ERP systems or third-party healthcare/pharmaceutical tools.
