What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Lab Technician Digital Design position at Advanced Implant Centers LLC?
Digital Design Technician with a minimum of 2 years of dental lab experience need apply. Office is a fast pace Full Arch, allon4 type of office that exclusively performs dental implants. Must know how to design on Exocad Full Arch Hybrid (allon4) and full dentures with abilities to design and use a CADCAM. This lab will be digitally based and will require the lab technician to know milling and 3D printing. Staining crowns, etc will be a plus. Others will not be considered. The office is focus on dental implant work exclusively.
This person will create fixed hybrid restoration, abutments and crowns and have training to use a milling machine, 3D printing and design dental implant crown and bridge.
Maturity, self-awareness, diligence and communication skills are essential for this position.
Skills required:
1. Able to make full dentures proficiently and high quality
2. Able to communicate with patient and dentists directly
3. Ability to learn and expand his/her knowledge as a technician.
Skills needed or can learn:
1. Ability to design crown and bridge on a computer CADCAM
2. Ability to stain milled prosthetics or can be taught if necessary.
3. Desire to understand occlusal relationships that are best for the patient.
4. Ability to strive for the best quality in every situation.
5. Team player
Salary would be dependent on persons prior experience and willingness to invest their time and efforts into their job.
Base salary will depend on experience and bonuses obtained.
