We are seeking an IT focused and motivated Junior Systems Administrator Intern to work in the Westbrook, Maine office in our growing IT department this summer.
A Day In The Life
As a Junior Systems Administrator Internyouwill assist the Systems Administrator in providing support for Windows OS systems, new user setup, laptop and cell phone replacements and assist with tier one helpdesk tickets. You perform actions in Office 365 and support desktop users. This is an amazing opportunity to learn and support our internal staff!

What We Are Looking For In You
- Working toward a BS in Computer Science or a related field
- CompTIA A or equivalent certification
- Skills with networking technologies such as WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, VPN, WiFi
- Knowledge with Office 365 administration
- Proficient in Windows Desktop Operating Systems
- Office365 Support participation
- Ability to support desktop users
- Proficient with administering Windows Operating Systems
- Capability in network printing and copiers
- Knowledge of smartphones
- Proficiency to onboard and offboard users
- Good written and oral communication skills
