We are seeking an experienced Senior Global Compensation and Benefits Analyst to work hybrid in the Norwood, MA officeto serve as a core team member of the growing HR team.
A Day In The Life
As a Senior Global Compensation and Benefits Analyst,youwill be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's global compensation and North America benefits programs. This role will ensure that compensation and benefits practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. The analyst will conduct market research, analyze compensation and benefits trends, and provide recommendations to support the company's talent acquisition and retention efforts. In this role, you will develop and manage global compensation programs, job architecture, including base pay, short and long-term incentives, and recognition programs. As a Senior Global Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will conduct comprehensive market research to analyze compensation and benefits trends and benchmarks. You will dive into policy development and compliance ensuring compensation and benefit practices comply with legal regulations. Maintaining best employee engagement and people analytics is also crucial in the day-to-day responsibilities.

What We Are Looking For In You
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, PHR, SPHR, CEBS) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis, with a focus on global programs (mandatory experience with EMEA & APAC).
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now), Excel, and compensation and benefits survey tools.
- In-depth understanding of compensation and benefits principles, federal and state regulatory requirements, and market trends.
- Familiarity with AI tools is preferred.
