Job Title: Property Manager - Lawn Care, Irrigation, and Snow Removal
Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the maintenance and management of lawn care, irrigation, and snow-clearing operations. This role involves:

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, and excellent customer service abilities to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Site Management: Conduct routine on-site inspections to assess property conditions and ensure proper maintenance of lawn care, irrigation systems, and snow-clearing operations.
· Client & Vendor Relations: Schedule and attend meetings with clients, contractors, and vendors to discuss project progress, address concerns, and maintain strong working relationships.
· Bidding & Estimations: Prepare and present competitive bids and proposals for new projects and contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals.
· Budget Oversight: Monitor budgets for each project, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.
· Sales & Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue through strategic planning and upselling.
· Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with field teams, ensuring timely and efficient execution of tasks.
· Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive client relationships.
· Technology Utilization: Use relevant software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and communication.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in property management, landscaping, or a related field (preferred).
· Strong understanding of lawn care, irrigation systems, and snow-clearing processes.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to prepare and manage budgets and sales projections effectively.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
Preferred Skills:
· Familiarity with QuickBooks software.
· Sales or business development experience.
· Knowledge of local regulations and best practices for lawn care, irrigation, and snow removal.
Work Environment:
· Combination of on-site visits and office-based work.
· Seasonal flexibility and occasional availability during adverse weather conditions for snow removal coordination.
