- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Ensure all project phases are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication, high performance, and adherence to safety standards.
- Budget and Cost Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring that expenses are within the allocated budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for project-related communications and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Site Management: Oversee project sites, ensuring that work is progressing as planned, maintaining safety standards, and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work being performed and ensure it meets company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years of experience in project management within the landscape, construction, or similar industries.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion.
- Project Management Skills: Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control. Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
- Customer-Focused: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to manage client relationships and expectations.
- Problem Solver: Ability to anticipate and solve problems quickly, keeping projects on track and minimizing delays.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of landscaping techniques, construction methods, and relevant regulations is preferred.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Safety Awareness: Knowledge of workplace safety standards and practices in the construction/landscape industry.
