This position is full-time working Tuesday- Friday (36 hours/wk).
Job Overview:
As a Laser Hair Removal Specialist, you will perform safe and effective laser hair removal treatments for clients, educate them on the procedure, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. This role also offers an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set by building a client base for facial treatments and small device services, helping clients achieve their skin and beauty goals through a comprehensive approach.
Responsibilities:
- Perform laser hair removal treatments using FDA-approved laser technology.
- Conduct consultations and skin assessments to determine treatment plans.
- Could also offer facials, chemical peels, diamond glows treatments.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care for optimal results.
- performing a comprehensive and detailed skin evaluation on guests
- evaluating guests skin heath journey for different treatments and services
- high emphasis on boosting sales of services and products, bringing in new clients and retaining current ones
- Maintain accurate client records and document treatment progress.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and certifications.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in laser hair removal required
- medical aesthetics or experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to educate clients and set realistic expectations.
