Are you passionate about helping patients regain their vitality and optimize their health? Advanced Life Clinic is seeking an experienced MD or DO to join our team as a Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and Aesthetic Injector Specialist.

Position Overview:
As an HRT and Aesthetic Injector Specialist, you will play a critical role in guiding patients through their health and aesthetic journeys by offering personalized treatment plans that help them look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create beautiful, natural results by performing a range of advanced injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, following established protocols and safety standards.
• Build trust and confidence by conducting in-depth consultations to uncover clients’ aesthetic goals and designing customized treatment plans.
• Educate and guide clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-procedure care to ensure satisfaction at every step of their journey.
• Conduct thorough consultations and develop personalized hormone optimization treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Utilize bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and high-quality natural supplements to restore hormone balance.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records, including treatment notes and stunning before-and-after photos.
• Collaborate with the medical director and expert colleagues to ensure safe, effective, and innovative aesthetic treatments.
• Stay at the forefront of aesthetic and functional medicine by participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible MD or DO with a valid medical license.
• Experience in hormone replacement therapy, aesthetic injections, or a related field.
• Proficiency in injectable treatments such as neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build patient trust and engagement.
• A passion for preventive, aesthetic, and integrative medicine with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Ability to stay up to date with the latest advancements in hormone therapy, wellness trends, and aesthetic procedures.

Preferred Experience:

• Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) for men and women.
• Peptide therapy and nutritional supplementation.
• Thyroid and adrenal health management.
• Managing hormone health across different life stages.

Schedule: Part-time/Three Days per week including Mondays

Pay: From $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
• Performance bonus

Experience:

• Botulinum toxin treatment: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dermal fillers: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hormone therapy: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Medical License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Huntsville, AL 35802: Relocate before starting work (Required)
