We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
- Procure materials and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery to meet production schedules.
- Utilize Oracle EBS for tracking inventory levels, orders, and deliveries.
- Analyze supply chain data using Tableau to identify trends, forecast demand, and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate shipments and manage transportation logistics effectively.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Participate in process improvement projects utilizing lean methodologies to streamline operations.
- Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities and prepare reports for management review.
Experience
- Proven experience in supply chain management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and logistics operations.
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau for reporting and visualization.
- Demonstrated ability in process improvement methodologies, including lean principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
